  We ask that at least four clinic staff members attend these webinars each month (not necessarily the same individuals). Attendees will complete brief surveys to help us continuously improve our offerings.

• Monthly Case-based Educational Webinars
  Participate in monthly webinars led by clinical experts, designed to enhance knowledge and address real-world cases relevant to your practice.

Clinic "Spoke" Champions Can Expect:

• Bi-Weekly Check-Ins with CHRP Hub Champion
  Connect with the CHRP Hub Champion every other week (about 30 minutes) for ongoing support and to help advance your clinic’s goals.

• Ongoing Feedback
  Complete brief surveys at regular intervals to provide valuable input on clinic initiatives.

• Resources and Incentives Available

• Transportation vouchers for staff and patients

• Stipend for Spoke Champions (alternatively, these funds can be allocated toward transportation vouchers, if preferred)
