Our CAB wrapped up 2025 with their 6th meeting, marking nearly one year since the group began! The CHRP team appreciates each of our CAB member's valuable time, ideas, insights, and continued support on the CHRP program.
CHRP is interviewing rural Michigan patients to ensure their experiences, concerns and needs are heard and reflected in the CHRP program.

CHRP's Dr. Allison Lin (Principal Investigator) along with Deb Manderachia (Project Manager) and Lisa Sulkowski (Communications & Dissemination Specialist), introduced CHRP to conference attendees.
Dr. Lin & her team presented the CHRP Hub & Spoke model for rural addiction care during a conference breakout session.
CHRP is hearing from providers about what elements should be part of the CHRP program, so we can develop practical training materials and support strategies tailored to rural clinic's unique needs.
CAB members from across Michigan met virtually for our kick-off meeting. Moving forward, the CAB will meet every other month to guide CHRP by giving input, interpreting results, and helping share findings.
